“We hired the “chill out room” for my son’s 5th birthday party, and it was a great experience. From the get-go, communication was excellent and speedy. The room itself was also easily the best overall party room we have encountered (photos don’t do it justice) - the set up looked great (we just added themed bits to the table ourselves), it was surprisingly spacious, and created a genuine “chill out” area for the kids to come and go from when they wanted to decompress. The team were wonderful on the day too - everything just happened for us, food arrived bang on time (the fruit platter was a great addition), they helped us sort a great background, and they kindly offered for us to take our time as there were no other bookings in that room - which was really appreciated as it meant we weren’t watching the clock as much (though the 2 hours would have been plenty). Highly recommend for a genuinely stress free experience.”

We recently hosted his 3rd birthday party there and I honestly can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the team was amazing. They made the whole experience completely stress-free, a true one-stop shop! Everything was organised for us from decorations to food, drinks and entertainment. There were so many options to choose from and they handled it all beautifully. We just showed up and everything was ready and perfect.
