📍 Ōwhiro Bay, Wellington
Outdoor 18-hole mini golf in Ōwhiro Bay, ten minutes from Wellington CBD, set among Carl Gifford's recycled-metal sculptures of kiwis, spiders, snakes and other creatures. Free parking, honesty box midweek, BBQ and seating above the course.
Great mini golf course. Love the atmosphere, sculptures guide you around the course . Music and a great space for having a drink or something to eat afterwards. Carl the owner is really welcoming. Love this place, an iconic Wellington attraction with a cool vibe
🏆 Family Action Verdict
A genuinely original Wellington mini golf — 18 outdoor holes routed through Carl Gifford's scrap-metal sculptures rather than the usual pirate windmills. Tree-shaded on hot days, honesty box keeps it relaxed, and the BBQ-and-seating area above the course works for a picnic afterwards.
