Good hike they have at the park. Did the uphill trail. Easy first 2km, then it gets steep and rough. There's orange marker so you can easily follow. Once you get up to the ski lift area, you can ride it down for free. Total distance for the hike is about 5.5km.

“Highly recommend the Zip line tour! 4 zip lines including the highest and longest in New Zealand. Mountain biking trails look amazing too but I didn’t ride there.”

“Fantastic mountain biking, hiking and walking trail options. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for half or full day outings. We hired the bikes and all safety gear and 3 hrs later=exhausted but best memories. Didn’t try the zip line but based all the screams and “woo-hoos” that would be great as well. Highly recommended. Good coffee/drinks and food options on site as well”

“The zip lining was incredible. We took advantage of the full package which included the chairlift and 4 zip lines and was so much fun. Ellie and Lilly were excellent instructors and the attention to detail for our safety was second to none, and their humour just made the time a lot of fun. Definitely recommended.”

Set in the Port Hills above Christchurch, the Adventure Park runs a dual zipline tour across four lines — the longest and highest in New Zealand.
