We had an amazing experience at Albany Clip ’N Climb North Shore. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and feel very safe. The staff were friendly, professional, and great with kids — they explained everything clearly and were always nearby to help. It’s a fantastic place for children to burn off energy while having fun, and also enjoyable for adults. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to families and groups.

“We visited at 10am on 31 December for our first time and accidentally booked tickets for two adults instead of our child. One of your staff members was extremely patient and kind, helping us transfer the tickets to our child’s name and reschedule a new date. Although I didn’t catch his name, we’re very grateful for his clear explanations and wonderful service. It made our first visit a great experience. Thank you!”

“This was a great venue for a birthday party (9 year olds). Super easy, great value for money and the kids all really enjoyed it and can't wait to go back and climb again. The equipment is super easy to use safely - you know the kids are clipped in properly because it only releases from the ground attachment once its locked in.”

“We had the most wonderful experience here! The staff today was really helpful and gave us a very detailed induction, after the tour guide we were confident about our safety (our first time climbing we were a bit worried). The facilities were excellent ! Definitely come back again！”
