The staff were friendly, professional, and great with kids - they explained everything clearly and were always nearby to help. It’s a fantastic place for children to burn off energy while having fun, and also enjoyable for adults. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to families and groups.”

One of your staff members was extremely patient and kind, helping us transfer the tickets to our child’s name and reschedule a new date. “This was a great venue for a birthday party (9 year olds). Super easy, great value for money and the kids all really enjoyed it and can't wait to go back and climb again. The equipment is super easy to use safely - you know the kids are clipped in properly because it only releases from the ground attachment once its locked in.”
