It was FANTASTIC! Me and my friend were staying in Christchurch a couple of days, and thought this would be a good idea for a rainy-day activity. Well, we did the Dark Wizard one and loved it! Then, we went back the next day to do Memories of Nikola and loved that one too! They had a good variety of puzzles, and a good level of challenge. We had to ask for a clue once for both escape rooms and the girl working there was very nice :)

“We had a fantastic time at the Crime in the Alley escape room. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere pulled us straight into the story. The puzzles were clever, layered, and satisfying, challenging enough to keep us thinking. The staff were warm and engaging about creating a memorable experience.”

“As first timers, all 6 of us found it a bit daunting felt completely clueless when we are left in the room. I felt like I needed more information.. So the first 10 minutes I spent wondering if I’ve made a grave mistake inviting all my friends But after we relaxed and started getting into it, We all had such a fabulous time! This place even gave us extra time so we could finish our puzzle. We took a few minutes overtime but it felt really good to be able to complete it. Thank you, escape artists!”
