Bought tickets online - collected those at the self-help stations and then went to queue for a range of snacks and drinks. Polite and friendly service once at the front of the queue with some fantastic flavours for popcorn... Waiting area in reception - luxury cinemas to the left while the other cinemas are upstairs. Seating options to suit your budget - and this certainly adds to your experience of the movie. Surround sound that literally adds an extra dimension to everything. Two thumbs up!!

“First time to this cinema and I was very impressed with all aspects of it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Layout easy to use, and as usual with Event Cinemas very clean and tidy, even the facilities. Saw a movie in the VMAX and it was fantastic, again clean and tidy. I would happily go to this cinema again. Especially if you download the Westfield app you can get extra free parking for watching a movie. Otherwise parking is a little pricey.”

“We had an amazing experience watching Lilo & Stitch in V-MAX 3D today! The sound and picture quality were incredible, and the whole atmosphere made the movie even more special. Everything was super clean and well-organised, which we really appreciated. We bought our tickets through the app, so we didn’t have to wait in line — so easy and convenient! Highly recommend this cinema for a fun and smooth movie experience 🎞️🎥”

“One of the best Event Cinemas that I have been to. It is spacious, a great selection of seats, day beds are also available. The staff were helpful and knew how to make sure the customer was heard and helped to the best of their ability. It is rare to find great customer service and my husband and I were pleased with how helpful the staff were. A totally positive experience and we will definitely be going back.”
