“Never coming back. This cinema is a perfect example of why some businesses fail. The staff were shockingly rude and refused to let us into an R13 movie, even though I’m 16 and very clearly not a child. We didn’t know ID was required because, honestly, it should’ve been obvious just by looking. We’re homeschooled — we don’t get student IDs — and expecting us to carry around a birth certificate just to watch a film is ridiculous. The whole situation felt petty, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s no surprise the place is always empty. I wouldn’t recommend this cinema to anyone.”
