âGreat little suburban playground and landscaped garden with plenty of grass, a half court basketball hoop, and equipment to suit every age and ability. Off street parking is available just across the quiet laneway, two public rubbish bins, a picnic table and a few bench seating options. No public facilities at the playground but public toilets are available up near the Newland shops, and possibly the rugby grounds nearby - but not 100% sure.â
