Illuminate is an annual walk-through light and sound experience through the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, featuring interactive lighting installations, amusement rides, food trucks, silent disco, UV archery, LED swings, and face painting.
We have attended this every year, and always look forward to returning! The Botanic Gardens is an amazing venue for the lights, as it is absolutely stunning at night. While it is often busy, there were only a few times that we had to wait a bit, very understandable for a limited time event. My family loved it and look forward to returning next year!!
