βI think itβs the perfect stop and would also make a fantastic weekend activity for families. Itβs great for all ages, not just toddlers and kids, but adults can have just as much fun too. I definitely enjoyed it myself :) There are so many things to do and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The park is spacious, with lots of different areas to explore and play in. Everything was also clean and well maintained. Definitely a fun place to spend a few hours with the whole family. Highly recommend!β

βToilets are clean and tidy, an indoor picnic area for kids parties and wet days. The park offers plenty of 'run them off, stretch your legs' area, the steam train is much larger than the ones here in the Hawke's Bay and sound like real horns of a natural steamer. Plenty of parking and picnic tables, however, 1 or two under the tree's would be an advantage.β
