“Do not hire this business!!!! There was terrible communication from the start of the booking process where my enquiry wasn't being answered ... come time to the event I wanted to check details and add another aspect to my party ... for almost 5 weeks before the party there was absolutely no communication after I paid my deposit and through all my attempts at contacting her (emailing, calling, messaging) ... it felt as if she shut her business ... I checked messanger daily and the day before the party she finally opens my messages ... unfortunately for her my last message was that I had booked someone else (ponies2go were absolutely incredible) due to the fact I thought she wasn't going to show up because the lack of communication ... although with her finally seeing my messages I thought I would get some sort of apology and acknowledgment and refund of my deposit but still nothing from her ... in my opinion this is an atrocious way of conducting business and the amount of stress and uncertainty she caused by not communicating with me about my girls special birthday was completely unnecessary !!!!!!!!”

“Poor communication and did not show up! Really disappointed, the FB page looks cool and I spoke with them and booked a Unicorn party a month ago and she assured me it was in the diary. A week beforehand I started making contact to confirm and got nothing back. I emailed, facebooked, txt, rang and left messages. I was freaking out the day before as still had no communication and my girl had her heart set on this party and we had saved hard for it. The worry of hosting this big party and not knowing what was happening was stressful. They did not show up today I have since heard from other people who have had similar bad experiences with Pony Party Hire. Totally unimpressed”
