“I went to PrizeZone hoping for a fun experience, however, I met the exact opposite. The game card reloading machines didn't work at all, so none of the card deals could be purchased. This meant we had to get tokens, which don't include any deals. As well as that, some machines took in tokens, but did not work, meaning tokens were lost. There was also a game machine (type of machine attached in the photo below) which did not give me the prize multiple times. I was able to push the peg down from the machine fully two times, but my prize did not come down at all. I spent $25 dollars there and only won a small keychain toy. Unfortunately, I do not recommend going there at all.”

Staff response to equipment failures was not noted as helpful.
