Absolutely amazing! Me and my partner went on the 1.5hour horse trek and had a fantastic time. The horses were such gentle boys, sure footed and easy to ride - we never felt uneasy or worried. Staff were very welcoming and chatted with us lots - also took lovely photos. Couldn’t recommend them enough - I’ve done many horse treks and this one is definitely one of my favourites. “I didn't do the trek yet, but Jenny the guide is so professional and nice (bless her heart). I took some pictures around the stable and played with the dog, August. It's a very nice quiet place. I can't wait to join them next time! Dear Hannah, please let me know if you're keen on working together for some pictures on the trek. I'll be available Monday and Tuesday. Thank you.”

“We had the most amazing experience with Real Kiwi Horse Trekking. We did a 2 hour trek which was through the Forrest, across the streams and then up through the farmland. The scenery is beautiful and every new corner provided another fantastic vista! The horses were well trained and we felt safe at all times. Highly recommend. Kids loved it!”

“Definitely one of the favourite highlights of our South Island trip, our guides Sue and helper Riley were both lovely, patient and caring. It was fun noticing all the little quirks and personalities of the horses too. Well recommended. 😊”
