1 / 2Running Grid Newmarket 方格大战
📍 Newmarket, Auckland
Running Grid Newmarket features grid-based physical challenge rooms where teams run, jump and compete in 30-minute sessions. Air-conditioned throughout. Groups of four fill the format well. Staff accommodate late arrivals and offer rescheduling.
I booked in a session with Running Grid for my brother’s stag party. The whole group had a great time! It’s a really fun activity to do and even for anyone watching. With all the physical activity everyone is doing it’s great that the rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning! As well as the lobby area. The staff that booked me in were so helpful and really accommodating. The actual location is unstaffed but all the instructions are sent through to you to prepare you for the day and then again on the day with access codes to actually get in. The lobby area also has lockers for you to securely lock any valuables away, drink vending machine, claw machine, plenty chairs and power outlets, this was our second activity of the day, I wish I knew this as I could have charged my phone. I would definitely come back for another family/friend get together.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older children and teens who enjoy physical, competitive team play. One reviewer's family — partner and daughter — competed against each other and worked as a team in the same session. The 30-minute format suits high energy, not extended browsing. Not suited to young children who can't sustain intense physical activity.

“It was our first time there at Running Grid, we had such a fun time together, running jumping and most importantly lots of laughters. The environment was clean, temperature was cool enough even after all the running. We did 30 mins and it was a pretty decent time for us. I think it is best to go with a group of 4 for the size of the room. So worth it! Cost: $25 for adult and $20 for students”

They were also really helpful with rescheduling for days you can’t show up. Love coming here! Always have a good time with friends :) Def recommend coming here with friends”
