“We visited the hot pools on a weekday and it was amazing. Friendly staff, easy to find where you are going with the maps too. You need to bring your own towel unless you would like to hire one. If this could be added to the email or website that would be great knowledge! Lovely clean pools, warm and relaxing. We had the Swedish massage from the day spa- Melissa was so friendly and welcoming. She made the experience very relaxing. The cafe menu was huge! We went for the quesadillas and springs stack, really yummy food. Didn’t take long at all and the beers were great. Would recommend for any age.”

“Incredible experience, very unusual. A perfect combination for those who don't want to do a highly indepth astrological tour, but also appreciate hot pools and a touch of relaxation. Approx 50mins of telescope gazing, with tour guides explaining what we were seeing, followed by approx 45mims of soaking in the hot pools while another guide told stories of Maori star and sky navigation/legends/etc. Plenty of opportunities for Q&A. A unique and very enjoyable evening activity.”

“Everything was great, different pools with different temperatures. Steam and sauna is perfect too. But more importantly id like to commend the staffs especially ashlyn (and one other guy ididnt get the name), my wife had a little incident where she fault nauseous after the hot pools. She gave all what my wife needs and stayed with her until she’s back on her feet, extra mile I should say, and we appreciate that, thank you.”
