βYou take a step back in time visiting here. Trains leave on their own schedule and the trip in the train bustles along the track at a slow pace. Lots of volunteers help make the day run smoothly. Plentiful food and beverages available. A great family day out for rail fans young and old.β

βIt just needs a prominent sign on Rotowaro Road, saying with arrows "visit here for steam locos". I missed it and drove straight past, before returning and driving up the station approach Road YESTERDAY. What a great crowd, with lots of excited kids!β
