π Family Action Verdict
One of Auckland's most scenic playground stops β the fenced inclusive design suits toddlers and children with disabilities, the beach adds swimming and low-tide exploration, and the harbour panorama makes it worth the drive from further afield. Consistently praised for the views being far better in person.

βthis is definitely a hidden gem in weymouth. i accidentally biked here, and my jaw dropped that i can't believe what i'm seeing, the view from the beach is incredible. its amazing to see such a vast stretch of beach with mountains in the background. it would be even more stunning if the sky were clear and blue, or during sunset the pic i took is awful quality, its much better to see it when you get there, trust me!β

βBeautiful spot to watch the sun set. You can see the airport from this spot. During low tide you can go for a walk along the beach. There is also a car park. We usually enjoy having fish and chips at this spotβ

The location has become a favourite sunset destination for families who bring takeaways and stay into the evening.
