“Aliesha, I just want to sincerely thank u for the kindness and empathy you showed us on our first visit to Zone Bowling since the old Garden City days last Sunday (22-02) I brought my two boys for their first ever game. Both have autism and ADHD, and new activities can be overwhelming for them. I was unsure whether they would engage and asked if there were any flexible options, as I was worried about paying for full games they might not manage to complete. You responded with genuine understanding and generously offered us a complimentary game. That simple act took so much pressure off me and allowed me to focus on supporting my boys. Because of your kindness, they engaged, they participated, and we had an absolute blast. Parenting two special needs children can be challenging, but that day I was able to relax and simply enjoy introducing them to ten-pin bowling. I was not looking for a handout, just a positive experience, and you gave us exactly that. We will absolutely be back to enjoy the refurbished complex and your legendary customer service. “Booked the Super Fun Pass ($28.90pp) last minute and it was so worth it! 2 games of bowling, a 600mL drink, 20mins of games and 200 powertickets…per person!Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and used the cards one after the after, so got 40mins of games really. A great afternoon/evening out and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy online booking system too.”
