β€œa great experience! there are lots of different levels for people of all ages, abilities and confidence levels. you do have a limited time, so you are able to skip some of the easier parts if you choose (but it is definitely possible to complete the whole course). the mechanisms you use are safe and simple to use. the staff are very friendly, supportive and encouraging. for some of the sections near the end there are ways to make it easier, so ask the staff if you are struggling!”
