“Haha lol, I still remember a few years ago, I was about 9 when I went here for a birthday party🤦♀️I was so scared of that one painting 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️lucky the host was great and covered the painting before I could piss my pants 😅. The escape room was challenging and fun, i wouldn’t say it was too scary (it was when I was 9). Overall this place is great!!😊”

Atlantis - Escape Mate is the dedicated Atlantis-themed venue of the Escape Mate group, on the ground floor at 195 Victoria Street, Te Aro, Wellington. The room is built around the underwater shipwreck setting - Atlantean-style electronic puzzles, hidden mechanisms, and decoded ancient messages. 60-minute private bookings for 2-6 players. The other Escape Mate themes (Spaceship and Temple) run from a separate Wellington venue on Johnston Street.
