“First time going to baywave😃 My mother & I took our 2 girls for the day. Thankyou for the excellent customer service at Reception, and the cafe. I havent had service like that for a long time, there knowledge prompt responses and manners are the best (in particular the lovley lady with the long grey hair). My girls loved it & so did we. Only downfall would be the lockers...none of us could figure out how to choose a bigger one, i had too much gear. No biggie though I just paid for one more (I was even given 2 free entrys for my girls) for the hassel🙌. The range of swimwear & accesories, the hot showers, lane pools, toodler park & hydroslide, wavepool ,bombing area, learn to swim. Just wow. We didnt use anything else. But the spa pools sauna & gym is a great addition to the facilities. We are not locals & rural, so it was a breath of fresh air. To the owner : you must be very proud to have a great team and the best park the bay of plenty has to offer. We will be back . (Sorry no photos or videos) too busy swimming. Alisha”
