Build-A-Bear Workshop

“I took my daughter to Build-A-Bear to celebrate her 4th birthday, and from the moment we walked in, Kayla made the experience so special. She was incredibly kind, patient and welcoming, allowing my daughter to take her time carefully choosing her teddy. Kayla showed her all the different sound options, letting her listen to each one before deciding and made the heart ceremony so magical by encouraging her to rub the little heart on different parts of her body so her bear would always have her back, give her warm hugs and be full of love. My daughter never felt rushed. She took her time wandering around, looking at all the different outfits and Kayla happily let her try on as many as she wanted before making her final choice. Throughout the whole experience, Kayla had her smiling, laughing and feeling so special. Thank you, Kayla, for making our first Build-A-Bear experience such a wonderful memory. We'll definitely be back to buy some pyjamas for her new best friend! I couldn't recommend Build-A-Bear and Kayla more highly.”

“Brilliant service from the shop assistant. She was Extremely helpful of choosing the right bears. I got moodicorn and Alien Abduction Cow with glow in the dark shirt and glow in the dark cool sun glasses for this cool dude. She was very helpful of helping me to choose the right clothing and accessories for the two bears and the slice of pizza just toped the two bears off. Thank you again for the brilliant advice, service and super helpful hints. I gave moodicorn to a friend already and might get photos of her later but here is the cool dude Alien Abduction Cow with his glow in the dark accessories.”

“What amazing service, I wasn’t sure how to go about ordering one online with a sound button and how it would all work when delivered, rang the store and the lady on the phone was absolutely amazing and so very helpful telling me how to order using the notes on the order. I placed the order and got a call a few days later from another wonderful lady just checking if I want the bear stuffed, unstuffed, sound button out or in the bear. It was such wonderful service for something very special for my friend! Absolutely will buy again from this store when I need too!!! 10/10”
