“Hi Chipmunks Rolleston Team, I just wanted to take a moment to recognise and commend the three staff members working at your Rolleston venue today 2/01 (we were there from approximately 11:30am to 2:30pm). The centre was incredibly busy and your team were clearly stretched to the brim- yet they handled everything with such calm professionalism, kindness, and efficiency under what was obviously immense pressure. They ensured both children and adults had a great experience, stayed safe, and felt welcome the whole time. I would especially love to give a special mention to the lady working in the kitchen. Despite how flat-out she was, she was absolutely amazing- efficient, friendly, and still so patient and warm while juggling nonstop orders. She truly went above and beyond and deserves real recognition for how well she handled such a demanding shift. It made such a positive impression on us as customers, and I know that level of service doesn’t go unnoticed. Please pass along a HUGE thank you and props to those staff members- they’re a credit to Chipmunks.”

“Even though we live in Christchurch, we love going to Chipmunks in Rolleston. The place is really nice! The staff are always friendly, and I even mentioned to them how clean everything was. I once noticed that one of the toys needed a small fix, and they took care of it really quickly, which shows how attentive they are. The wrap I had was absolutely delicious, and the meal was a really good size too. Such a great place overall — definitely worth the drive.”

“I took my nephew’s here and the kids loved it. I had expected it to be packed but it wasn’t. There were enough kids for the boys to play with though. The staff were warm and welcoming and lovely with the kids. The premises was clean and bright and the tables were a great place to sit while the playing was going on. I don’t think it will be that quiet for long as the holidays progress and the word gets out about it.”

“Took kids there on Saturday. They love to play and the food was good too. We ordered vege wrap which was good. Apart from that we tried their vege dumplings. Kids love it. The Nepali guy is a good asset. Looking after customers very well. 👍 10 on 10”
