“We cannot speak highly enough of Paige, Derick, Dan, Dylan and Claudia. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely supported, cared for and completely looked after. A special mention must go to Paige, who was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond throughout the day, showing incredible kindness, patience and understanding during what were incredibly stressful and challenging moments. Paige handled everything with such grace and compassion, never once making us feel like we were a burden or an inconvenience. Her warmth, professionalism and willingness to help made an enormous difference, and we are so grateful for everything she did. Derick and Dylan were also helpful and supportive, stepping in wherever needed and contributing to a positive experience. Their care, patience and genuine willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. Claudia and Dan were especially wonderful during the planning process. They offered fantastic advice, patiently answered my thousands of questions and reassured me throughout. Their guidance and support made me feel so much more confident and comfortable about how everything was going to go, and I truly appreciated the time and care they took to help us. Although Claudia was not there on the day, she was instrumental in helping with the initial booking, alongside Dan and the rest of the team. They were all incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating from the outset, making the planning process feel seamless and stress-free. We also made sure our party rooms were left in better condition than when we arrived, as our ways of thanks. Paige insisted that they were happy to clean up, but we wanted to do ourselves for that reason. We truly appreciated the staff taking care of the remaining rubbish afterwards - it was such a thoughtful gesture and another example of how considerate and helpful they were. What impressed us most was the genuine grace and care this team showed us throughout. They went far beyond simply doing their jobs; they treated us with compassion, respect and understanding when we needed it most. Paige, Derick, Dan, Dylan and Claudia - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made an unforgettable difference. You are an absolute credit to Game On and a shining example of what exceptional customer service should look like. “We hired a party room for my daughter’s birthday, and the team were absolutely lovely to deal with from start to finish. I’ve never organised a birthday at a venue before, so the whole process was new to me. I had lots of questions and emailed through quite a few queries 😅 They were always happy to help, responded really quickly, and were incredibly patient - they were probably getting tired of all my questions by the end! 😂 They were also very flexible and accommodating, which made organising everything so much easier. Even when we arrived on the day, they were friendly, approachable and more than happy to assist whenever I needed anything or had a question. I also want to give a special mention to the young man who was working during our booking on the afternoon of 19 September. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was the person who sorted out the gaming cards for us and assisted us the most throughout our visit. He was incredibly kind, polite and friendly, and his customer service was exceptional. He really went above and beyond to help us, and I hope the team know what a great asset he is! Overall, their customer service is excellent, and they really helped make the day stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for a future celebration! ❤️”

“Great Arcade! Hubby, myself and the kids loved our time here. Nicely hidden yet surprisingly decent space inside, with a wide variety of arcade machines to choose from. I really appreciated the jug of water and glass cups for customers - such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed they had a private party hire room, a karaoke room, laser tag room and pixel floor block game looked like heaps of fun! Other cool machine features were the soft serve ice cream machine and cotton candy for a sweet treat. Customer service from Bronson was top-notch - he was friendly, quick to fix an issue with one of the machines, and happy to answer any questions we had as we were first timers. Overall, an awesome, family-friendly arcade. Going off the other great reviews, I’m convinced we must try a group booking for our next kids birthday - we’ll definitely be back!”
