Kezza, the manager, greeted us so warmly and had everything set up exactly the way we needed. She even handled last‑minute changes with a smile, and her passion for what she does really showed. Our guests felt genuinely looked after from the amazing ambience to the food and drinks delivered right to their seats. The whole evening felt premium and personal, and it truly gave everyone a VIP experience. A huge thank you to Kezza and the Silky Otter team for making our inaugural film event such a memorable one. “A 5-star Cinema with 10-star service. Most modern Cinemas have great hardware. The facilities are top-notch and well-kept. But the thing that stood out was the service we received. Firstly, I want to thank Kingston who went above and beyond what was required of him to provide us with so much attention and care. Then, we met Jody who handles a situation for us so professionally. Her smile is so pleasant and she is very polite. I hope the management will do something to encourage these two wonderful staff members for their tremendous service. Another thing I want to mention is the hot food we ordered. It was delicious and we are impressed.”

“Love this movie theater. The customer service is phenomenal. Bottomless popcorn on a Monday. Hot food on the menu and they will bring it to you if your movie has started. Lovely and clean and I especially loved the private toilets. Great value for money.”
