“Oli was super friendly and good at walking us through the facilities and made sure we knew where everything was and how things are done, its usually very quiet on weekdays you basically get the whole place to yourself, a little busier on weekends. Would recommend”

HangDog has been part of Wellington Climbing since 1999 - one of the country's first purpose-built climbing gyms. Three distinct bouldering areas including a cave section, plus top rope and lead climbing routes. A dedicated training board and a range of route difficulties span from entry level to experienced. Shoes and chalk are available to hire. Membership plans offer strong per-visit value. Staff walk newcomers through the facility before they climb.
