My family and I had a great experience with HOYTS Cinemas in Botany Downs. We went to purchase our tickets, the young lady noticed there was 7 of us, and asked if I'd like to join their HOYTS rewards club (not sure if that is what it is called), whereby I get a card which will allow me to get discounts on movie tickets and snacks. I saved quite a bit with that. Also, I dropped my husband's phone in the cinema, and we only realised it when we were about to head home. Came in the next day and one of the staff said they found it and had placed it in their 'lost and found.'

“Been a fave4 my kids especially my autistic son last 9 years. Lux is also great spacious and great service would highly recommend better views but generally speaking recliner seating is a game changer in all cinemas. Love their fast service convenient next to timezone & restaurants staff are amazing and understanding.”
