I came and saw a movie the other day, was served by a lovely girl I think her name was Chloe. She was super helpful and friendly when I was confused. Great customer service, well done Hoyts Riccarton:)

β€œCame to watch a flick on what they call extreme screen. Screen 8 is a normal aspect, flat, large screen with front and several side speakers, no height speakers, if you expect Dolby Atmos, be disappointed. Sat in the middle of row J. Big no recline chairs with place for a cup under the front of the arm, awkward and weird. Was wanting to recline, dang it. Entered fully dark theatre 2 minutes late where several minutes of Hoyt promotions, some local advertisers and some previews, with no pause before straight into feature film Zootopia 2 with about a dozen people present for the morning screening. Sound and picture were fine.”

β€œLove the Xtreme screen. Clean and tidy except once my seat was soaked with someone’s drink and I sat in it, great location. Had issues with gift card not working online. Apparently third party cards can’t be used online. It is not always immediately obvious that the card is from a third party eg Gift Station, especially when it clearly looks like a Hoyts Gift Card and is identical to the one shown online. Maybe this could be made more streamline.”

β€œHad issues with my payWave trying to pay and the worker Kaylah was very patient with me, and made me feel less anxious since there was a bit of a queue behind me, that’s what I call an above and beyond retail employee that enjoys her job! My only issue was that the people beside me wouldn’t stop whispering through out the whole movie πŸ™„πŸ™„β€
