“Fantastic service by Kalo for my son’s birthday party. She was an excellent host and very attentive throughout the event. Kalo regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and kept us informed whenever she was going to be briefly unavailable, which really helped us feel looked after and relaxed. There was a small situation during the party involving a game card, and Kalo handled it very professionally. She calmly took care of the other guest, resolved the issue by covering the loss, and reassured us to continue enjoying the party without any stress. Her approach was mature, fair, and customer-focused. After a rough experience at our previous party in August 2025, we had raised a complaint. Manager Vicki responded professionally, acknowledged what went wrong, ensured the previous host was informed, and assured us it wouldn’t happen again for us or any other customer. She also went above and beyond by offering bonus bumper cars and bowling time for our family to make up for the time we had lost. While Vicki wasn’t directly involved on the day, it was clear she was supporting from behind the scenes and ensuring everything ran smoothly this time. This was our 5th party at Timezone Riccarton, and this experience was just as good as our first three. Clean setup, well-organised, and completely stress-free. Highly recommend for kids’ birthday parties”

“We were fortunate enough to have our 7 year old girls birthday party at Timezone with an amazing host called Heidi! The service Heidi provided was exceptional. To staying with us throughout our time there to helping solve any problems and being there for the birthday girl throughout our time!! She was friendly, helpful and had excellent customer service.
