“Such a great place for a 7 year old's party. Clean, great customer service, and reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly but kept an eye on the kids to make sure they were all playing safely (as did we!) Really good set up that you can easily see all of the kids in view thanks to a great u-shaped set up, plus prior the party really quick and professional customer service. Kids loved it and so did we!”

“Went to a kids birthday party, area is clean and tidy. The kids had a blast trying out the different inflatable stations. Great place for kids to burn energy. Only downside is the car park is awkward and there are not many allocated spaces, so best bet is parking on the road.”

“Edit - Since my post below, Pete from Inflatable World promptly reached out to me and acknowledged our grievance regarding the whole issue and also kindly offered my daughter and her friends a voucher to return, we appreciate this gesture. I am bumping up the stars to reflect this and for the prompt resolution of the matter. ________________________________ My first time at Inflatable World St Lukes for a birthday party booking and the birthday party was not clearly explained at the time of booking. Organising a birthday party is no small feat and you need to have all the information to make it a memorable experience for everyone involved. Unfortunately, the booking today has given me grief as I had to rush our guests out disappointed and frustrated due to lack of information. The booking email is quite misleading with the mention of 90 minutes only for the table and chairs and no mention of the compulsory closure on Sunday at 1:15pm. There were no other calls or any emails to explain that the booking including play and celebration is only for 90 mins. To make everything worse the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. The only positive is that the little time the kids had on the inflatables they enjoyed it, but 90 mins is too short to celebrate a birthday party and the kids to enjoy the inflatables. Also this needs to be clearly explained at the time of booking that the 90 mins includes play time and party celebration time as this is different from other venues.”
