“My family's favourite cinema; chic, warm, great staff and I love the way they all wear black in various styles, very smart. Love the reading area, gourmet icecreams (Chocolate mint, oh the joy) LOVE the fresh flowers in the bathroom, today masses of white snapdragons with silver eucalypt leaves. Always clean. Great selection of movies, Lawrence of Arabia today is still as great as it was 60 years ago. Sense and Sensibility coming mid october, just love historical dramas. Love Lido.”

“What a perfect place for a mid-week movie date with your sister! I have it on good authority that the ice creams are delicious. The staff are helpful, the theater perfectly sized, and the extravagant surroundings take you back to the time before the bland multiplex. Loved it!”
