“Love love love this place, next time im in Tauranga I’ll definitely visit again. Admission and animal feed prices are affordable, they even have a student discount option. Wide range of animals to see, pet and feed. All animals were friendly (unless they had a sign saying they wernt) even the emus which I found surprising as we easily feed them with our hands whereas at another animal farm I’ve visited we had to feed them with a long stick through a fence. It’s in such a gorgeous location surrounded by pure nature, full of different colours, landscapes and even has a beautiful lake. I’d highly reccomend visiting if you’re an animal lover, as a great date location, something fun for the family or if you just wanna take some photos!! Also owner was lovely, my friend and I lost our car keys which was this whole fiasco but owner was very sympathetic and wanted to help anyway she could!”

“This place is so special. I loved getting to check out a bunch of different animals (some more closely than others!) and getting a huge walk in in the process. We were particularly lucky to go at a time where a new deer and some new piggies had just been born - that felt really special. I’m so sad this place is up for sale, and I’m hoping it doesn’t shut down. It really is a great place for kids, couples or friends to go and interact with some cute fuzzies (or scary emu lol). One note is that I do wish there were supervisors at the Guinea pig and rabbit petting station, but I must admit that all the visitors were extremely respectful and showed respect to the guidelines with them as far as I saw. :)”

“It was raining when we went but it didn't stop us from seeing the animals. They looked well fed and happy. A variety of animals and some corn you can buy at entrance to feed some animals. Truly a beautiful place. Shelter could be found with roof so we could escape the rain while watching animals and some even came close up. There was animals we could pet too. I would however, reccomend some sort of magnet or memorabilia for visitors as some come from far. Staff are also very friendly.”
