First time here with the family and was awesome. Staff very friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. Great restaurant area inside as well. There's also a gym in the facility as well. Take the kids n family and learn how to swim as it can help save a life one day. ENJOY IT AND PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE SWIMMING CLOTHES AND BE RESPECTFUL AS THERE ARE KIDS AROUND AND IT DOES NOT GOOD WHEN YOUR WEARING THINGS THAT ALMOST SHOW YOUR PRIVATE BODY PARTS SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. HAVE FUN 👍

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families wanting a reliable swimming experience with young children who'll enjoy the play pools and lazy river. The facility is well-run with good amenities, but don't expect the excitement of the original QEII with its wave pool and multiple slides. Avoid public holidays unless you're prepared for significant waits.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book fitness classes 8 days in advance as popular sessions fill quickly
Avoid public holidays - expect up to 60 minute waits for kids pools and slides
🎟️Consider weekly membership at $11.33 (with community services card) for regular visits
🚗Dress appropriately for swimming as it's a family-friendly environment
