âI always love going to this theater. It's so nostalgic and dated and I love it. Though it doesn't have the reclining chairs, it has the character! It's well looked after and there's so much to look at of film memorabilia. There's lots of snacks and drinks to choose from and the prices of everything is really reasonable.â

âLove going to this cinema. Takes you back in time which is so cool. Staff are wonderful and accommodating (even if you have a whole lot of kids with you) great customer service and good clean facilities.â

Skip the reclining-seat multiplex and lean into the nostalgia: this is a lovingly kept old cinema with Golden Age Hollywood posters and film memorabilia lining the walls, so the kids have plenty to look at before the lights go down. Being in a quieter town means you'll usually walk in and grab a great seat without the crush, and the staff are genuinely warm. Parking and pram access make the outing easy.
