I mowed the lawn at Anglican Church at 67 Queen Street. The vicar Matt is a great bloke and his wife Jacque is very welcoming. Come along on Sunday 8am with vacs pass or Sunday 10am if you want the best music.

Victoria Square is Westport's civic park and sports ground. For families the draw is the cluster of a playground, a skatepark and a bike track in one place, so a toddler, a scooter kid and a teenager on a skateboard can all be busy within sight of the same bench. Around them are the rugby fields and grandstand that make it the home of Buller Rugby, formal gardens, war memorials, seating and public toilets that reviewers say are clean. Anzac Day, the Buller Marathon and the A&P show happen here.
