Western Park Playground

“Nice shaded playground with toilets available. The tunnel slides are well made and not too steep despite the height. There's also a flying fox and a smaller slide for younger kids.”

“This is a newer refurbished playground in the bottom part of Western Park. The access is via Beresford Street, Tahuna Street and Smith Street. There are on street parking spaces available on these streets too. We visited this playground recently after reading the recent reviews and were surprised to see the well maintained slides and swings. The treehouse style slides are a unique feature of this park and the bright colours attract kids easily. We spent a couple of hours there and the kids had a great time. Public toilets are also available on the playground. Overall well recommended.”
