“Very loud but this was to be expected as I went at lunch time on a Friday (so did everyone else in the city apparently). Good variety of food places, and the buzzers make it easy to tell when your meal is ready without having to listen over the crowd for someone calling out your name or order number. Very interesting to walk through knowing that you're underground, and being able to look up at the sky through the skylight is a fun experience after years of walking past the skylight and looking down into it, only to see an empty room below. Very glad the space is being used for something so positive.”

“Willis Lane is a really cool hidden spot in central Wellington. It feels like a stylish urban laneway with great design details - from the tiled floors and exposed brick to the greenery and lighting. It’s a fun place to wander through, grab photos, and explore the surrounding cafés and eateries. The space feels thoughtfully designed and a bit unexpected, especially when you come across it off Willis Street. Well worth a quick stop if you’re exploring the city or looking for something a little different from the usual streetscape.”

“We have been here a few times for dinner. Dinner before a show is great, you can pick which flavours you feel like on the night and even buy a beverage alcoholic or non-alcoholic to go with it everything we've tried has been delicious.”
