βI really enjoyed my visit to the Wellington Museum. Free entry for Kiwis is such an added bonus! The exhibits were engaging and easy to explore, and I especially loved the section on the Wahine disaster - the short documentary was powerful and really helped to build an understanding of the full story of what happened. I didnβt get the chance to make it up to the third floor due to a school group, but Iβve heard itβs beautiful with lots of retro pieces, so Iβll definitely be back. Highly recommend checking it out!β

βTour guide was knowledgeable and able to answer questions. Self walk through was pleasant. Plenty to read, some interactive exhibits. A must see early in your trip to understand the history of the area. Free for locals, cost for tourist. Small extra charge for guided tour, runs on the hour.β
