1 / 2Avalon Park Lions Mini Golf
π Avalon, Wellington
Community-operated 18-hole mini golf course with obstacles, dips and varied challenges for all ages. Run by Lions Club volunteers on sunny days. Greens show wear from heavy use. Free parking adjacent at Avalon Park.
18 holes mini Golf for three bucks, it doesnβt get much better then that πππ½ I recommend it. Especially if itβs on a nice sunny day, but even if itβs cloudy itβs still good.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families across all ages who want extended outdoor entertainment at an exceptional price point. Older children and adults enjoy the varied 18-hole layout. The worn course surface is noticeable on some holes. Confirm the course is open before making the trip β volunteer staffing means openings are weather and availability dependent.

βThis is run by the Lions Club, so it is super cheap to play here! $3 per entry. Had a really good time! There are 18 holes and each one is different and has obstacles and dips and turns etc. The quality of the greens isn't the best and some of the material is raised and sometimes gets in the way of the ball. Still.. for the price, good value for money. There are also drinks and ice. It is also right next to Avalon Park, so there is heaps of free parking.β

βNever been here before and decided to have a go Sunday afternoon (Fathers day) it was a lovely sunny day. So many people out enjoying the sun and mini golf. A really good price! $3 per person! A really good course. Some easier holes and some not as easy which is always good. It is a bit worn out and some parts it's starting to lift. But for the price can not complain and was still a good afternoon out. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.β
