I had such an amazing experience at Build-A-Bear today. The two girls were patient, friendly, and genuinely excited to help. My bear turned out perfect thanks to them, and I left feeling so happy with the whole process. You can tell they really care about creating a special moment for every customer. Couldn’t recommend them more, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

“I would like to send a BIG thank you to the amazing Bella at Lower Hutt Build a Bear! She was able to sort out a very stressful situation involving my click and collect with such professionalism and urgency! Not only did she arrange to have my order sent to the correct location in Lower Hutt, Wellington from the Mt Wellington store, Auckland, she did it just in time for arrival for Christmas Day! If she didn't work so hard to correct the error, I wouldn't have had the gift I desperately wanted to give to my daughter. Well done and thank you!!! It was a very Merry Christmas thanks to you!!!”

“Got the Doctor Who 15th Doctor Bear 🐻 with heartbeat 💓 and two hearts 💕, ordered the outfit online, and my wife got Eeyore with strawberry scent 🍓 and heartbeat 💓 with a heart ❤️ The staff member was great, managed to handle several customers single handedly and when it was our turn, we got to stuff the bears 🐨 how we wanted on the pedal.”
