“I went to watch the first Harry Potter movie tonight and had excellent service from the staff. I asked if there was a poster i could have a photo in front of, they were cleaning up but took time to find me one When I struggled to take it she took one for me and for another couple as well. Thank you for making my night go from great to fantastic. Much appreciated.”

“My wife and I traveled from Waihi to Chartwell Event Centre to see Shelter. The young guy serving was extra helpful , made booking 2 seats easy . Very good service. Jason Stathon film , plenty of action after a slow start. Great escapism Enjoyed”

“My favourite cinema in Hamilton! The seats are comfy, the tickets are only $10 if you are a cinebuzz member and you can get up to 3 tickets at that price. There are always staff members around and it is kept clean and tidy.”
