“We went yesterday. Very busy time as we went through the checkout. We happened to get the manager who had jumped on to reduce the queue. I had booked the wrong cinema 🤦🏻♀️ no time left to get to the other one either. No problem Hami (I think that was his name) just swapped everything over to the base cinema. In this world of having to fight for everything it was such a plesant surprise. I had made the mistake but rather than ruin our day, he just quietly fixed it for us. Thank you so much. I hope your kindness is repaid to you! (And that you get to see this 🤞🏻)”
