“Chris was very friendly and answered any questions I had before our visit. They even remembered my Birthday😁 My 5 year old had a great time climbing, I enjoyed belaying for her. I would have liked to climb myself, but didn't have an adult partner to belay for me, so I will save that for another time when we have someone to babysit in the meantime. They offered a private lesson for another 50$ dependent on staff availability but I didn't want it that "badly". Nice of them to offer the option though!”

“Had a fantastic time for my son climbing this afternoon. Stephen was on hand to give us the safety brief which was great and delivered really well. He corrected me really nicely when I wasn't belaying quite right at the beginning. He was also super encouraging and helpful with advice for my son to help him climb. Lots of walls and challenges to take on so well worth a visit if you're into climbing. If we weren't just on holiday here we'd definitely visit again. Thank you”

“So brilliant! Daughter (8) spent 3 hours climbing, first time she went! (OMG she slept that night!! 🤩) The staff were super supportive and really knew their stuff. You do need one person to belay (hold the rope) while the other climbs, but it isn't hard to do and I didn't have to pay to get in, if I am just belaying. Free-climb walls are super fun and the floor is padded so that even adults can fall without hurting themselves. I will definitely be back!!”
