“The sauna and stream room became my sanctuary during the colder days. The gym is very well equipped also. The sauna could be a little hotter but it’s spacious and well maintained. The best thing is the location as you can run outside for a cold plunge in the ocean ! The spa pools are often closed which is a little disappointing but overall good price and worth it!”

“The amount of natural light that comes in the building is beautiful and it feels less noisy than most pools. This is a dedicated lane swimming pool (eg no kids play area) with gym, steam room, sauna and spas. If you have a sauna tag, they are happy you let you out and back in for the short walk to the ocean for a ocean plunge for your cool down.”

“I swim here allot. Very good. It’s a 33 something meter pool but it’s better. The visitors are more put together and it’s a good pool. The sauna could be hotter however. mogs every other pool in Wellington”
