Dang Seeing all the bad reviews from years ago makes me glad Its different now haha, Its amazing here and I bring my son over every single week and he always makes his way too the ball pit (Hes 18 months) Very safe and good flooring for those kids who falls so it wouldnt be such a huge impact, my son loves it, the price is reasonable, and a huge plus adults are free haha, so both me and my son have fun, such a tiring for me having too carry him up too the slide since he cant climb that big lols but he tries too, the food is amazing, the fries and brownies are mine and my sons favourite along with their slushies, Staffs amazing and always askes if we have grippy socks for my child. Unless I ever have a bad experience here (which I hope not) Its an amazing place

I recently visited Jago Town whilst visiting New Zealand and had such a great experience. The place was clean, safe and very well-maintained. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained for hours. The kids loved the variety of activities and they were so engaged, happy and full of energy. What i loved was the warm welcoming and family-friendly environment. The staff was attentive, helpful and very friendly. There were plenty of spots for the parents to relax while keeping an eye on the kids. It' is a perfect place for the little ones to explore, play and burn off energy- highly recommended for great family fun. And not forgetting the awesome food on offer. Great fun at affordable prices. Cant wait to retun....😀

Food and staff great, however we paid for a party room, food was exactly on time but party room small and because it was hot the doors were open and it was very open for everyone to see. Paid a lot to have the party there, and when we ordered more drinks we had to wait which I thought we would have priority. They bought out the tubs of ice cream same time as food but I asked if we could get them later as they were in a tub, got so busy and we forgot to ask for the ice creams so we didn't get them in the end. As soon as the hour was up we had to grab everything and put on the tables so room could be cleaned. Also you need to buy a recharge card to play the games, I didn't see this when I booked the party and pretty expensive when you have 10 kids coming so that wasn't a option

The staff were rude. The food was rubbish but the facility itself was good. I realise that we went quite late in the afternoon but the staff acted like us coming in was an inconvenience and spoke to me like I was ruining their day. We were told that the kitchen was closed and when I asked for a coffee was told that she had already cleaned the machine and rolled her eyes at me. Needless to say we didn't get any coffee. They even put out a sign at 4pm to say that the toilet was closed and told me to take my baby to the mall toilets to change him. The ball pit needs topping up as would have been awesome if it was more than three balls deep. All in all a good place to take the kids but eat before you go and hope that the staff are in a better mood.
