“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Jago Town-it was absolutely incredible from start to finish! What truly made our day so special, though, were the two amazing staff members on at the time, Kris and Christina. They went above and beyond in every possible way, and their kindness, patience, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We were running behind schedule, which had me feeling quite overwhelmed and stressed before arriving. As any parent knows, trying to manage timing with kids (especially when hosting a party!) can be chaotic. But the moment we walked in, Kris and Christina instantly put me at ease. Everything was already beautifully set up, organised, and ready to go. There was no pressure, no rushing-just calm, understanding support. They were so relaxed, patient, and reassuring, and it completely changed the tone of the day for me. Instead of feeling flustered, I was actually able to enjoy the moment. Kris and Christina were not only incredibly professional, but also so warm and approachable. They checked in at the right times, offered help without being intrusive, and handled everything so smoothly behind the scenes. It genuinely felt like they cared about making our experience special, and that kind of service is rare. Their positive energy created such a welcoming environment for both us and our guests. We’re not from Hamilton, so none of our friends had visited Jago Town before-but wow, they were all blown away! Every single parent commented on how fantastic the venue was, and the kids had an absolute blast. The playground is perfectly designed-it’s compact enough that you can always see where your child is (which is such a big plus for peace of mind), but still spacious and engaging enough for all the kids to run around, explore, and play together without feeling crowded. The food was also delicious and well-received, which just added to the overall experience. Everything flowed so effortlessly, and that’s really a testament to how well Kris and Christina managed everything on the day. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing-they had it all under control. This was hands down one of the most stress-free and enjoyable party experiences we’ve ever had, and I truly believe that’s because of Kris and Christina. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, joyful, and memorable day for our family. I would recommend Jago Town to absolutely anyone looking to host a children’s party or outing. And if you’re lucky enough to have Kris and Christina there on the day, you’re in the best hands possible. “We had a wonderful experience at Jagotown. The playground is clean, well maintained, and such a fun place for kids. I accidentally left my phone behind, and the team found it and kept it safe. Beth was so lovely and helpful when I came to collect it. It’s so reassuring to know there are people who genuinely care. Thank you team for going above and beyond. “Great experience for a fifth birthday party. 14 kids and their parents well catered for, kids loved playing in the arena afterwards. Plenty of space for adults to sit and chat. Party decorations were amazing and everyone's talking about the goodie bag toppers! Cherry and Beth were absolute stars and couldn't have been more accommodating. They took the stress right out of the day and we had so much fun. Massive thanks!!”
