“I had a bit of a mishap in the parking lot and managed to get my car stuck between the divider, completely my own mistake. However, the support I received afterward was outstanding. The customer service team and the safety guard on duty went above and beyond to help me safely get my car out. A special thank you to Mathias’, who was working the evening shift on 12/05, he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the situation. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to Keith Spey Pool Management for having such capable and supportive staff. It’s clear there are genuinely good people on board who are willing to step in and help when it’s needed most. Highly appreciated and a great example of excellent service! Saron A”

“Well facilitated place, spcially liked the spacious family changing rooms (4 available i guess), super easy to take your kids after swimming and change them. Its located on top of the libraray and beside a nice cafe, so after swimming you can also enjoy snacks and do some library time :) parking is a bit tricky but available. Public transport i.e. bus stops are very close.”

“The facility has not overly changed in the 40 or so years it has been around. My Moko's absolutely loved swimming here and diving into the dive pools. All the things I remember as a child doing here. The added value of the spa and sauna were a welcoming addition of which were enjoyed by the adults.”
