I visited the park for a walk & to spend time with nature. I was delighted to see the Pohutukawas trees in full Christmas bloom. Walking paths were clean, tidy & had ample space for the walking public. I noticed only two benches to rest along my route, wish there were a few more. The trees were well maintained trimmed & tidy. I liked the open spaces, the lawns, the grass & greenery, everything was well cared for & in great shape. I was very pleased to say the least & my photos attempt to share the beauty of nature, the trees, the wide open spaces & the lovely flowers.

“A special treat from our children tonight — and what a celebration! 🎉 We’ve been waiting for ages to finally try Moorpork BBQ, and it couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate their move into their new home. From the amazing brisket to the shared platter full of flavour — everything was top-notch! But oh my goodness, that peanut butter chocolate pie... absolutely next-level delicious 😍 We’re still saying wow, wow, wow!”

“Truely one amazing public park. Started walking there out of curiosity and ended up in awe. Very clean and neat and walkways everywhere you look. Was stunned to see the shere size of this park. Beautifully crafted mountain bike trail for everyone to enjoy and loads of space to let your dog loose and run.”

“Attended the Brit and Euro Classic Car Show at Lloyd Elsemore Park. Third time. Excellent show, excellent location. I also enjoyed the lovely duck pond on the way back to the car. All in all a lovely, albeit roasting, day out.”
