โA really fun park for the kids with a great variety of play areas. My kids particularly love the big sandpit, but also enjoy the water misters, flying fox, and slide tower. There are also nice toilet facilities here.โ

Overview
Opened in early 2025 in the Bridleways Estate on the western edge of Cambridge, Papatakohe Park is the biggest playground in the Waipฤ district. A tall climbing tower with slides rises over an in-ground trampoline, ringed by flying foxes, swings, an accessible carousel, a big sandpit, water misters and musical play, split into zones for pre-schoolers, primary kids and older children. There is a basketball court, outdoor fitness gear, toilets, sheltered picnic tables and a large car park.
