Run by the Picton Society of Model Engineers, this miniature railway loops through tree tunnels, over a bridge, and right alongside a waterfall. Located at the far end of Picton Memorial Park, past the water playground.
Ohh what a wonderful ride! Everyone, young and old, gets two laps! You go under a bridge, you go through a tree tunnel, you travel right next to a waterfall! All for 20¢ per person! And you can leave donations!! This little train is located right at the far end of the Picton Memorial Park, just past the children's water/play park! Run and maintained by the The Picton Society of Model Engineers, you can also sail model yachts in the boating pond it surrounds on the Picton foreshore. Highly recommend, quick and easy way to turn any adult into a giggling child!!

“Great fun attraction for children and adults. The volunteers working there are clearly passionate about their work and it made our visit to Picton so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit with the family to this beautiful spot.”

“Visited during 11-13 Dec 2024. Still give a 5 stars even though I have been told it is running by volunteers and hasn't been up recently. We had good memories here 2 years ago.”
