“We had the most wonderful experience at Rocktopia thanks to Cooper. This is honestly the first time I’ve truly felt so welcomed at a place in New Zealand. From the moment we arrived, Cooper greeted us with a big smile and warmly welcomed us for my daughter’s birthday. He went above and beyond-checking in on us more than ten times to make sure we had everything we needed, offering to help carry heavy items to the birthday room and even out to the car, and always doing so with genuine kindness and enthusiasm. He was incredibly helpful not only to us but also to our guests and especially the children. Cooper’s attitude, care, and professionalism made the day extra special for our family. He truly made us feel valued and comfortable. Cooper absolutely has a bright future ahead of him, and we wish him all the very best. Rocktopia is lucky to have him!”

Right from the first interaction to leaving, the team were just super supportive. The best customer experience I have had in a place like this.
