We had the most wonderful experience at Rocktopia thanks to Cooper. This is honestly the first time I’ve truly felt so welcomed at a place in New Zealand. From the moment we arrived, Cooper greeted us with a big smile and warmly welcomed us for my daughter’s birthday. He went above and beyond—checking in on us more than ten times to make sure we had everything we needed, offering to help carry heavy items to the birthday room and even out to the car, and always doing so with genuine kindness and enthusiasm. He was incredibly helpful not only to us but also to our guests and especially the children. Cooper’s attitude, care, and professionalism made the day extra special for our family. He truly made us feel valued and comfortable. Cooper absolutely has a bright future ahead of him, and we wish him all the very best. Rocktopia is lucky to have him!

“Our boys love this place and the staff are always so helpful! We have held many fun birthday party’s here and it’s our go to with the kids on a wet day! Very lucky to have this great place in the mount!”

“Clip and climb is great. The kids love the different climbs with varied levels of challenge. The set up is such that taking the 3 kids myself is just manageable with getting them clipped and unclipped.”
